How do I fix a 2DS with several problems?

So, a few days ago my 2DS took a nasty fall and even though there seemed to be no damage (in fact the SD card and game cartridge didn't even come out) my 2DS has been getting worse and worse. From past incidents the left trigger is kind of stuck, but still usable, but after it fell a few days ago it started to randomly turn off after I put it in sleep mode when I was walking around, and today the bottom screen kind of stopped working correctly. I had put it down when in sleep mode and it had turned off again randomly, but when I turned it back on, insted of working correctly, like usual, the bottom screen wouldn't respond to the stylist, circle pad, or D pad. I was able to open my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, and the D pad and circle pad worked, but the bottom screen would still not read the stylist. So now I have a 2DS that has a stuck left trigger, randomly turns off, and the bottom screen isn't working correctly... My friend suggested that maybe the drop just knocked some stuff out of place, but I wouldn't know what to look for and don't want to open it up, but how do I set up a repair for it? I'd prefer if I didn't have to call to set it up...

Also the back of my 2DS is signed, (with a clear protective case to protect it)  and I want to make sure that isn't rubbed off once I do find out how to send it in for repair, can I make sure that happens?
