Pokebank and Nintendo network id question

I am wanting to trade in my 3ds for a New 3ds but I need to know a few things.

1) How can I use my pokebank on the New 3ds?

2) How do I unlink my nintendo network id so I can use it on the new 3ds (dont have another system to transfer to)

3) If I cannot transfer my id, can I still use my games on the pokebank with a different nintendo network id?

4) Is there anyway to get my id onto the New 3ds without having both systems to do a transfer?
