Two way 3DS Transfer

So, I know I can transfer from one 3DS to a different one, but is there a way to transfer the data both ways?

For example, say I have 5 games on my 3DS and 2 different games on my XL. I want to swap the two so that I end up with the 2 games on my 3DS and the other 5 on my XL. Is it possible?
