My sd card is corrupted, but the 3ds uses it with no problems.

I launched the music application just today on my 3ds, and when I launched a song, the 3ds crashed. I put the sd card in my computer, and found out the sd card's music folder is corrupted... However, the 3ds seems to be doing things perfectly fine, saving photos, and games ok. But if I attempt to delete my music folder, it locks almost everything down in the sd card.

How is my 3ds still able to use my sd card normally when it is corrupted? Why can't I manage files like my 3ds can? I need help... I'm worried if I attempted to move the files to another sd card, allot of files would become damaged.

update: I can play music files for a few seconds before the sd card fully loads up the list, but once it's finished, the music pauses into an infinate loop, almost like the 3ds didn't know the music file had a glitch in it.... If I attempt to select the recordings section after The music loops, the 3ds will freeze.
