My sister deleted her digital copy of Mario Kart 7 from her 2DS. Don't ask why - logic doesn't work on her.
I'd like to help her get MK7 back if at all possible, but I have some difficulties:
1. This copy of Mario Kart 7 came free with her 2DS (as a download code)
2. She has no Club Nintendo account linked to her eShop account
3. She deleted her eShop account (!!!) after downloading MK7
In the likely case the game is lost forever, I know it's her fault entirely, but... would it be at all possible to get Nintendo to give her a new copy?
I would ask Nintendo support using her account ID, but there's no Club Nintendo account and I don't know if creating a new one to attach to it would help. Her current account ID may not even match the one with the MK7 download since she deleted both the game and the eShop account (again, !!!).
Is there anything we can do?
