Hello Guys!
So the other day, I had my laptop bag stolen. It contained my Macbook Pro and my 3DS XL. The police are working on finding it, yet there is a very slim chance that it will be found. I have already contacted Nintendo support to which they replied that they can not replace/reimburse stolen products. On the contrary to this, I have read into cases in which they have reimbursed the owner. I would just like some clarification on this. Thanks!
