Shipping 2DS for Repair

So I've contacted and set up a repair for my cracked-screen 2DS. I have an order number (and a reference number from a past call), and should be awaiting an email with instructions. However, I don't think the email given over the phone was heard correctly/ there is something gone wrong with it all.

 

This is what's gone down:

 

1) Screen cracked, I go online to try to register a repair for my 2DS. I make an online account with xxx.gmail.com.

2) Find out I have to call over the phone for repairing 2DS, so I call that tech support number.

3) They ask for address, name, ect., and my email address. I give xxx.gmail.com, and they tell me it is already taken and ask for a second email. Okay: so I give my xxx.yahoo.com email account.

4) I have to do a thing, so I get a reference number to resume later. Some days pass.

5) This night, I give my reference number and get a call going. Alright. They ask for my email, I give xxx.yahoo.com. They ask for a second email. I give the xxx.gmail.com and try to explain what I think has gone wrong with the emails from above. Eventually I get everything set up apparently, and get an order number to slap onto a box with whatever else I need to from an instructive email that was needing to be sent.

6) No email so far to xxx.yahoo.com or xxx.gmail.com. I think the email was sent to the wrong place.

 

What can I do?
