Hi, Nintendo Support. I'm brazilian, I own a Nintendo 3DS XL and a D-Link DIR-615 Router (listed to be compatible with the console), with a PPPoE connection type. I just can't connect myself online in games. I can use internet on my 3DS to web, e-shop, updating, but not for gaming! I always receive some type of error or failure to connect to other players in online gaming, no matter what game is (MK7, Pokemon X, Super Smash Bros-error 018-0521 or 0513, cant connect in none of them). I've already followed all the steps in Nintendo forums and support page. Just tried everything i've found, DMZ, Port Forwarding, Port Triggering, putting a Static IP for 3DS in both 3DS and router configs, inputting 3DS's MAC address, EVERYTHING!
Please, I'M BEGGING FOR HELP! I want to trade pokemon with my friends and play Smash and MK rounds with them, please give me a solution to one of the biggest problems i've ever lived with connections. Thanks.
