Rather curious on why the Repair order status for my 3ds xl hasn't updated. I got the Email saying they've recieved it, been over a week now they've had it since the 29th of october, yet it still says due in. The support on the phone also says they've got it but it's a little weird that their site doesnt state so. Is the status just not being updated on the site, or is it just something wrong on their end?~ Never sent my stuff in for repairs before so I never had to deal with this kinda things.
