My 3DS is Glitching on half of my games

Ive been Playing ScribbleNauts And MK7 also zelda ocarina of time and all of them keep glitching everytime i play MK7 the computers go through walls and the get unlimited powerups and Ocarina Of Time is like everytime i open a door Links arm starts floating XD and then he walks out and back in and he is normal?!?!?! And Finally in ScribbleNauts Unlimited i gave the carnivorous plant some ham and he wouldnt eat and so i reset the level and its still not working!!! Please does anyone know how to fix the glitching !! PLEASE help!!
