My son recently bought the Retro NES 3DSXL for himself. The bottom screen went bad and we sent it in for repair. I just recieved an email telling me that the sytem can't be repaired and that they don't have the Retro NES system in stock. They offered the blue/black or red/black units which is not acceptable to me.
Between myself and my son, we have a dozen of these these systems including the blue/black and red/black. My son pre-ordered the retro nes system and it was his favorite. I can't get NOA to replace it with the same system. They won't refund the purchase so we can buy another one and I can't get them to return the broken unit so I can take care of it myself.
What can I do?
