So I have been having this problem with the Eshop when trying to download the update for Pokemon Y 1.3 this evening. This frst few times I tried it would allow the download to begin, but it will stop at 99% with error code 007-2999 "an error has occured, please try again later." I have tried to download numerous times, and I'll get different error messages, sometimes the Eshop will refuse to open until I reset my system. I have also tried to download demos but get the same issue, 99% then crash. I am able to connect to the internet and use the browser with no issues on my 3ds xl.
I currently have a WPA - Personal passkey for security on my router. It is truly baffling to me why this is happening, and it is astronomically frustrating that my search has come up dry in terms of solving this issue...anyone smellin' what I'm steppin in here? or have I missed something?
