I lost my 3DS a while ago, and recently bought a new one. I called customer support, and after confirming I was the person who actually had that NNID, he said that he filed a report and they'd get back to me in 5-7 days about transferring the NNID onto my new 3DS.
That was October 16th.
I just want to know if it's normal for it to end up taking 2 weeks, or if I should call again, and if I do call, what should I say?
