It all started when I was walking across my wooden floor, then for some reason I dropped the 3DS that landed on its back while I was playing Fire Emblem Awakening (about 3-5 feet). When I picked it up, it said that the game card was taken out or something so I had to take it out, and so I did. But nothing happened. I turned off my 3DS and then turned it back on, and what happened was the top screen showed the Fire Emblem Awakening title icon before you open up the game and on the bottom was the applications. But the problem was that the whole thing was frozen! I couldn't touch on anything on the screen, it was frozen on that screen, however the volume still seemed to be working at that time and my wireless as well. I could still turn it off and on, but that doesn't do much good.
Two days later (today), I decided to unscrew the 3DS and take out its battery pack, as many people suggested in many of these cases. Five minutes after taking it out, I placed the battery pack back in and tried out the 3DS again, but what happened was worse. The 3DS was hit with the black screen of death! The wireless light was on, but that was it. What should I do?
