To nintendo or anyone that might be able to help, I bought my 3DS in Singapore along with my Pokemon X. And I was on on holiday in Australia for a week shortly after a few days the codes for Shiny Gengar was released. And I went to collect 4 different codes from 4 different stores. But now that I am back in Singapore, I tried redeeming the gift but it said 'Your Game Card cannot receive the gift provided by this code'. And I later found out that there was a UK and US region and my Pokemon X is a US region game card which is otherwise for the codes I collected. Is there any way you can help me please!!!
