Hey I've been using my 3DS XL "yoshi's new island" 3DS for 6 months without a problem. And once I updated the new firmware with the themes and stuff, the 3DS doesn't play for any longer then 5-10 minutes before freezing, I can even go to the Eshop to check if there is a Resolve there because it's freezing, What the heck?! Also occationally upon start up the light goes blue ( after shutting down from a freeze) and the screen stays black, the backlight doesn't even go off. and I understand the new update takes awhile for older 3DSs like my yoshi to load * it's to be expected since that was a big update* but something in the update is TOTALLY killing my 3DS. I'm about ready to send it into gamestop where I bought the dang thing and see if they know what to do. but thought I'd check here first.
Please somebody tell me if theres something I can do. we sent one of our systems to nintendo years ago ( was a kid) and we never got the system back! I'm not playing that game, and I spent almost $700 on the system and games I have, I deserve compensation since your update messed up my system!
