Please answer these questions as soon as you get a New 3DS or New 3DS XL

I have 3 questions about the New 3DS/New 3DS XL that I would like answered from someone who has the system:

1. Can you turn Wi-Fi on and off?

2. Can you turn Near Field Communication (NFC) on and off?

3. Do the graphics on the New 3DS XL look any sharper than on the original 3DS XL?
