Is it alright to charge in a 110v AVR?

Hello,

I'm new here and my name is Louie. I recently just bought a 3DS XL and I was wondering if I could charge it in an AVR with 110v socket in it. I'm currently in the Philippines and the outlet here is 220v. Right now the only thing that I could use for charging my 3DS XL is the AVR with 110v socket. It's the same AVR that I'm using when I play with my PS3 which is also 110v. Yet I notice that the AVR gets hot when I'm playing. I just want to be sure and I don't want to put my 3DS at risk that's why I'm asking.

Just to be sure here is the specification of the AVR that I have :

Model: Secure AVR
Automatic Voltage Regulator
Solid state electronic device
220V AVR
500 Watts
Max Capacity: 50VA
Fuse: 5A
Socket: 3 x 220V 1x 110v
