I have downloaded the digital copy of luigis mansion: dark moon for 3DS on my 3DS XL. It worked for awhile and now is can't even get to the title screen without the following error:
an error has occured forcing the software to close. The system will now restart.
I called nintendo and they told me to reinstall the game or repair the software through the e-shop. I tried both and nothing worked. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem or if anyone is having similar problems. Thanks.
