However, I was able to connect to the internet to receive the Torchic, Vivilons and Pinsir/Heracross distributions, but everytime I try to connect with the PSS to access trades, battles, Use codes for the mystery gifts(megastone distribution codes), and game sync I get a general error or 006-0502. I also have the same problem with pokemon bank.
I looked up the code and followed the steps provided for changing the DNS and I also followed steps for the DMZ fix but neither of them helped. I'm using a red Pokemon X/Y 3DSXL. Does anyone have any suggestions or can you point me in the right direction? I can connect at starbucks and my friends house no problem, unfortunately the closer of the two is 20 miles away so it's it's not really a good option for regular play.
A little more info, I'm was using a netgear wndr4500 router with no results and then I bought an additional router, a Belkin N300 F9K1002v3 in the hopes that the problem was related to the routers...no luck. My internet provider is Commspeed and the initial internet is coming through a Ubiquiti gp-a240-050 Power over Ehternet injector. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
