I own a 3ds xl but I'm pretty sure i'm going to want the new 3ds when it comes out. I will probably trade in my 3ds xl or sell it off to someone and use those funds to buy the new one. I know I can't transfer my purchases without having both systems and an active internet connection, but could I transfer my 3ds xl content to my wii u, get the new 3ds and transfer it back?
