I just recently purchased Azure Striker Gunvolt but am unable to find out how to get Mighty Gunvolt; which is supposed to come with it for free. I didn't see a code when I checked the digital receipt and don't think it is a part of the Azure Striker Gunvolt title.. Is it available yet or given through Club Nintendo?
