Hey, the blue 3DS XL won't turn On

Hey , the blue 3DS XL won't turn On, When attemp to turn on the 3DS LX  the blue light turns on for ten seconds then its off . I when to the online english manual  it has refurr to the Batt. need reinsorted  and placed back in , It does the same thing.The problem was the whole N3DS XL got wet , what should do next ????
