3DS screen has blotches of black?

I was wondering if someone here could help me, my 3DS that I've had for two years now has dark "spots" of black scattered along its top screen. There also appears to be scratches, but I cannot feel them, and on the biggest "spot" when I turn it out of 3D mode, I can see a dark ring around it for a second. I think this might be all behind the "glass" part of the screen, or whatever it's made of.

In the biggest blotch there appears to be lights, or dust or something aswell.

I will turn off my 3ds for now.
