Hello, everyone. On Thursday I sent an e-mail to customer support at Nintendo but have yet to recieve a reply, so I figured I'd try here.
I recently sold my 3DS, and bought a 2DS. But I didn't realize the data had to be transfered first. I have the serial numbers of both systems, and only the sold 3DS is linked to my Nintendo ID. I looked around on the support forums and FAQ, but on the link where it says: 'If you do not have both the systems required to make the transfer, click HERE', the link is actually broken, so someone should get on that. Haha.
Anyway, I do not have a phone to contact Nintendo via telephone at this current time, but I hope they get back to me through e-mail soon enough. Any information would be helpful!
