I was tranferring my data between SD cards, but some of my games aren't showing up.

Okay, I had two SD cards. I had a 4GB SD card that has my Animal Crossing New Leaf, and a 2GB SD card that has my Virtual Console games.

I went to transfer my Animal Crossing over as well as my virtual console games onto a new 16 GB SD card.

I did the transfer but, nothing is showing up.

I checked my 2GB SD card and my virtual consoles are still shwoing up, but when I checked my 4GB SD card, my Animal Crossing didn't show up.

So, my Animal Crossing is NOWHERE to be seen.

Also, my 4GB SD card is COMPLETELY empty and I can't even redownload my AC:NL because it says there's not enough room when there is no software on the SD card.

What do I do?
