NNID Transfer

Hello, a couple of days ago I finally got a new 3DS after I lost my old one several months ago. I called costumer service that same day to request a transfer, they told me it usually takes 2-3 business days to process the transfer and that I would get an email. So I waited 3 [business] days and no email.

I'm a bit impatient and I got really excited to get to play the games I had downloaded so I called them up again. They told me the process was already complete but the email hadn't gone out due to a mistake on their part. She said I was "good to go" but that I'd get the email either way.

 

That night I logged into my NNID (after doing a system update) then the eshop and synched my Club Nintendo account to it. I was really surprised to find out I still couldn't download any of the titles I owned.

Its a day later now and I still haven't gotten an email, so I wonder if I did something wrong or if I have to get in contact with consumer service again.
