I'm kind of curious; my 3ds XL went in in early July.
- Friday July 11th: UPS delivers package to Nintendo.
- Monday July 14th: Nintendo acknowledes package on Repair site.
... - Friday August 1st: Site still reads "In Service" for the repair, but adds "We are preparing your item(s) for shipping."
- Tusday August 5th (present): close of business day: site still reads the same.
The FAQ inplied that it takes one to one-and-a-half weeks of work to get a repair turned around. This has been 17 business days.
Any idea how long a repair typically takes?
