When I turn on the system, the blue power light turns on, but I get no further response from the system. There is no audio or video output, and I have made sure that it is not in sleep mode. It hasn't been dropped or thrown (as far as I know), and I can't think of any other reason why it won't work.
I have had the system for a while, and enjoy using it, and this makes me sad 
I tried to call the nintendo support number that was given to me from the troubleshooting guide, but they were not available. Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your help.
