Hi!
On Saturday I tried adding funds to my eShop account and when I did the credit card company sent me a message saying that Nintendo took 50$ but when I checked my eShop account I had no funds! I sent an email on the same day and yet I haven't got a replay. I live in a foregin country so the US customer support didn't really help me. I tried sending an email today to the customer support in my country and it's been over 10 hours and no replay. Please help me guys! I really need my 50$ back!!
