I kept getting the error code saying that my internet wouldn't allow me to charge my credit card in the eShop, so I kept adjusting my internet settings and trying again and again. I kept getting the same error, until around my sixth time when I got the error that said I didn't have the available funds.
So I looked at my credit card statement, and Nintendo charged me the necessary funds FOUR TIMES. And yet I still have a $0.00 in the eShop. I tried calling Customer Service but no one answered. Apparently they're closed.
Those charges are currently in Pending Transactions.. are they going to post? I'm running on a tight budget here I can't afford to have $150 taken out of my account or on hold for the next few days until I can get ahold of someone at Nintendo.
What should I do? Is there anything I can do? What's going on?
