The purpose of this consultation is to seek support with a problem of access to the pokebank. I still have over 300 days of service available (not much to buy the pokebank) but today I had a problem, I connect to my network to use the pokebank but had to leave unexpectedly emergency and closed the console to was put into "sleep mode" and I did not realize that was not properly closed pokebank and lost my game with the game you were using. When I move out, I wanted to reuse the application of Pokebank with another card game that I own, but do not let me because it asks me access I need to access my previous game, which no longer possess.
Is there a way to fix this?
Ps: Within the same application gives me a code for service patient but not that page can ask for help and where to put that code.
