Hello. For a while, my 3DS XL's lower screen has had this small group of 3 bright spots.

I tried cleaning this area of the touch screen, but in the process found out that it's something with the display and not an external blemish. They're much more noticeable with the naked eye than through a picture. I circled them in the pic, but you might have to tilt your screen to see them better.
The spots are only noticeable when that particular area of the screen is displaying a bright color; when it's displaying a dark color or when my 3DS is off, the spots aren't visible.
They haven't been detrimental to my ability to play with my 3DS. They don't obscure anything "under" them, the spots have the same touch functionality as the rest of the screen, and touching them doesn't seem to make the spots bigger or otherwise make them worse, but they're kind of annoying and I'm worried that they might get worse over time. I haven't done anything harmful to my XL that might have caused them. Anyone know what to do about this? Any other 3DS/XL owners have this problem?
