eShop credit/debit card issues

Hi, Tech Support. I have checked a few of your other forum posts and called my credit card and debit card company(I used both). I have sent 2 queries to your web support as well, complete with transaction number(for the credit card) and approve numbers(for the debit card). How long typically does it take for them to respond?

 

I understand that the debit card transaction(33USD, 3 times charged) is a hold charge, as they did explain this. And she told me that should I want a reversal I would have to liaise with Nintendo directly first before they can do anything. But they have not got back to me yet. As for the credit card company, they have a few charges, one for USD10 and a few for USD50. I don't understand what this means. Will they eventually charge everything to the credit card/debit cards when the systems get unclogged until I have achieved a maximum of 200USD in the eShop(as they state that you can't go beyond USD200). Or will they just default to a reversal in the span of a few days? Or do I have to wait for the web tech support to respond to me? Why is this happening? Does this mean I can not in the future fund any purchases in the eShop via credit card or debit card?

 

Debit card is on hold charge

Credit card says that it is charged but pending

 

Help please!
