Hello, i need some advise please. I recently purchased the Animal Crossing 3DS XL bundle and iv been having problems with it crashing off randomly, at first i noticed it only crashed when i was playing animal crossing but now its doing it when playing on non downloaded games. I thought maybe its the SD card ( i just recently upgraded to a 16gb card) So anyway i tried reformatting the card and im still having the same issue. Basically, it either crashes and goes to a gray screen and tells me there has been an error or it goes to a black screen and tells me to power off. When i power off and put the console back on it will work fine again for a while. This makes playing Animal crossing very difficult especially as i can't save when on the Island and i end up losing all the bugs iv been collecting, its becoming very frustrating.
Any help would be very much appreciated! It is still under warranty but i really don't want to send it to Nintendo in case i lose all my stuff, i have quite a few downloaded games, this is why the games should not be tied to the system, it just doesn't work.
