I'm going to send my 3Ds (original) in to Nintendo for a repair. The customer service specialist didn't say to send the AC adapter and I forgot to ask if whether or not I should send the adapter along with my 3Ds when I was speaking to them. On the e-mail Nintendo sent me it stated that I shouldn't send anything that I wasn't specifically told to send in with my 3Ds as that could delay the repair process. I wanted to know if I should still send in the AC adapter anyway because it might be needed or if I should simply send in my 3Ds with a full charge?
Also, the instructions that came in the email stated that I have to "fold" the UPS shipping label "on the dotted line" before attaching it to the box I'm going to package my 3Ds in. But when I printed it out, there was no dotted line at all. (beyond that the label looks just fine, ready to be attached to the box) Did I print the label incorrectly? If I have to reprint it, how would I go about doing so correctly? For the life of me I can't imagine doing anything differently when printing it out.
I know this might be considered silly things to worry about. I just want to make sure I don't make any mistakes. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
