I have been fighting with your system for 3 days to get a repair order in. I have put in a request via the ticket system, only to get an automated response saying to use the automated system or call. I used the automated system for it to say I cannot put in a repair request and I need to call. I then call only to be sent to an automated system that does not give me any options to put in a repair request but rather only lets me check a request, has me check the automated support system, or get advice on how to fix a busted Wii.This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had.

That said, I really need to get a repair order put in to fix my 3DS. The left trigger has stopped working. Yes, I have tried cleaning it with a tooth brush but its not an issue of sticking rather that it seems something is up with the button contacts as it works rarely sometimes.
