Hello I just recently realized there was such a thing as the 3DS ambassador program... So I registered with Nintendo and they gave me the confirmation that I was indeed an ambassador and I'm entitled to my 20 free games, but it's been several hours and the games aren't appearing in my purchased cart so I can redownload.
Can anyone help?
