I just tried, multiple times, to connect to Pokétransporter/Pokémon Bank, and every time, I got a connection error at the "Connecting to the Pokémon Bank server" message. Just to be sure, I checked the network status on this site, and it says that everything is operating normally. So on my 5th try or so, I got a message saying "the server has been locked" because my connection failed. My Internet connection is fine, and my 3DS can connect to everything else. The problem is on your side, not mine. And I get penalized for that? Pokémon Bank is a paid service, and I was expecting better from it.
