So just a quick question because I'm curious and maybe someone knows what's up.
A few minutes ago I turned on my 3DS XL, with the wireless already turned on (from my last play session), and the notification light that is used to notify players about streetpasses and spotpasses was shining a very bright red for a few seconds and then disappeared. I realize this light flashes orange when friends are online, but I am 150% sure it was shining red and not orange. My 3DS XL worked perfectly fine though, and I even turned it off and back on after a while to see if it would happen again but nothing happened. And just to clarify I AM NOT getting the battery light and the notification light mixed up, I know the difference. Besides, my 3DS XL had three bars of battery when this happened, and the "battery" light was blue the entire time.
I just find this wierd has I have never seen the notification light red before and have only seen it green, blue, and orange in the past (for streetpass, spotpass, and online friends respectively). I've had a 3DS since its launch date and have had my XL for almost a year and half now and keep it in good condition, so having never seen this light I'm just wondering what it is. Anyone know? Any help will be gladly appreciated. Thanks.
