I recently purchased a 1-year pass for Pokemon Bank. I have been trying to connect to it since yesterday and i still can't connect. I have tried the following:
1.) Powercycled my router and modem.
2.) Used Google DNS.
3.) Moved closer to the wifi router.
4.) Restarted my 3DS. Flipped on-off my 3DS wifi swtich.
5.) Used a different MTU value.
6.) Used proxy settings.
7.) Used a different connection (LTE hotspot on smartphone)
By doing ALL these, i wasted 1 day of 365 days and the $5 i used to purchase the pass, and i still can't connect. And if this goes on for a week or 2, I WOULD LIKE TO DEMAND FOR A REFUND because i am not getting the service that i paid for.
And if this is because of Nintendo's servers, WHY CAN'T THEY FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY? They should've anticipated that millions of people would be trying to connect to Pokemon Bank at the same time, and yet they haven't fixed this issue? I thought the purpose of the delay of the release of Pokemon Bank was to prevent things like this from happening? Does Nintendo really SUCK at online?
I know this will be one of those threads that WILL BE IGNORED. Nintendo just loves that, ignoring and ******* off their customers.
I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED HERE. SOMEONE HELP.
