Hi guys
Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong session, but I could not find anywhere to put this question. Last week I tried to put some credit on my Nintendo eShop account, and it denied my debit card. So today I am checking my bank account balance, and is showing the 20 dollars under the name of Nintendo transaction in my account.
Why is this happening? How can Nintendo deny my debit card and yet appears the transaction in my account detailed balance?
Frustrates me because I really want to download a game and I can't and I see that some money was taken from my account.
