Well I'm very disappointed right now, as I only had my brand new 2DS for about 3 weeks and it suddenly stops working as I'm playing with it. I Lightly placed it on a Pillow next to me so i could pick up my dog and put him on the opposite side of me. When I picked the ds back up, the game was playing but I couldnt move or touch anything on the screen. I've been turning it on and off for awhile now but it still acts the same. We've been treating it like a new born baby-- never been dropped or scratched and it still does this. I would say trade it back in but I have a downloaded game on it and I dont want to lose that progress. Is there anything else we could do for it? (was bought at Walmart)
