I have a main 3DS XL red (source system), that has all the Ambassador games, demos, a few eShop games and the StreetPass Mii Plaza DLCs, has NNID and the latest system update. 4GB SD card is almost full if not full already.
and I have another 3DS XL - Animal Crossing limited ed. (target system). this only has Animal Crossing installed, and its save data. No NNID, has the latest system update.
Here's what I wanted to do short term.
Transfer over EVERYTHING from the source system to the target system AND keep the Animal Crossing game AND the save data on the target system.
Is that possible? I can delete some games from my source system to free up space so that the transition to get the Animal Crossing game and save data will be problem free, if needed.
long term, I wanted to upgrade the SD card to 16GB.
I assume the best way is to do the SD card upgrade into the source system only. then do the system transfer afterwards right?
