Hey guys, I've got a problem with my 3DS. Whenever I turn it on (whether a game is open, or if i'm just on the home menu), the screen blacks out 20 seconds later, and then displays a message on the bottom screen:
"An error has occured. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com."
No matter how many times I do this, the blackout still happens, and the message still appears. What's happening, and how can I fix it?
