Im having serious problemas with Pokémon Bank. Cant access, and cant withdraw my creatures.
My console show me thats messeges. In order (not literraly messeges):
- In last session, the conection closes unexpectedly. Fixing data...
- You're using a version of Pokémon X/Y that doesn't match the one you used in your last session.
- Try again using the game with N.°ID: 07348
- After this, the Bank closes ![]()
The problem begins the last weekend when i deposit all my Pokémon to Bank, and restart my game data to star a new quest ![]()
and i think, in middle of process, my internet conection fails me creating a corrupt save (in the Bank, no in my Pokémon X) and obviously the bank need the old ID to restore data before accesing to Bank... but, my ID is changed after the restart ![]()

- Have only 1 cardtridge of POKEMON X
- Have only 1 Nintendo 3DS XL console
- I'm not from USA, and tech support of my country (Chile) doesn't help me.
- I sended mails to nintendo USA, Nintendo Spain, Nintendo Chile and no one can help because i cant call to USA ![]()
Anyone know about this problem or can help me?
