So I registered my 3dsXL and bought Animal Crossing:NL and rregistered that as well. Seeing as how a free download didn't show up in my to do list, I looked back at the guidelines. What it didn't tell me was that i had to use my PIN code to receive the free game and serial number registration didn't count. I threw away my PIN code that came with the 3ds as nothing told me I needed it. I have emailed them twice to see if I can get help. My question is will I be able to receive a new PIN, and will I get the free download if I register with PIN after I registered my 3ds serial# and animal crossing.
