Cannot Register Pokemon Y with Family Account

Hi,

I'm currently trying to redeem my daughter's free Pokemon Y as part of the Club Nintendo offer. She's listed under Family Members and has registered both her 3DSXL system and a copy of Animal Crossing: New Leaf on her account. On her To-Do History, she is unable to redeem her download code because it has to be done by the parent's account, but I don't see anything Pokemon-related on my own To-Do History. She just registered both the system and the game today so she is eligible for this offer. How do I order her download code from my account?
